Note on Bundle Shipments:

Please be aware that some of the items in product bundles may be shipped from different warehouses. As a result, your order may arrive in separate packages, and delivery times for each item may vary. Rest assured, we will send you tracking information for all packages as they ship out.

We strive to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery process possible, but please allow extra time for the individual parts of your bundle to arrive.

We aim to process orders within 24-72 hours for a speedy delivery experience. Depending on your location, your package will be shipped and arrive at your doorstep within 5-20 days.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from warehouses in US, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, United Kingdom, Australia, China and more. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
